How to Request a Return or Replacement

Step 1: Raise a return or replacement request:

  • Within 7 days of delivery for wrong or expired products
  • Within 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing products

Email us at turtlebeeproducts@gmail.com with your order details and issue.


Step 2: Allow 2 working days for us to review your request.


Step 3: Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your location.


Step 4: If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you can self-ship the product using a reliable courier.
Courier charges will be reimbursed via Paytm or GPay Wallet.


Step 5: After we receive the product, it will go through a quality check. Based on verification:

  • A replacement will be sent (subject to stock availability), or
  • A refund will be initiated

Eligible Return & Replacement Conditions

You can request a return/replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is expired
  • The product is damaged or tampered
  • Your order is incomplete (missing items)

Non-Eligible Conditions

Return or replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used, opened, or altered
  • Original packaging (labels, boxes, etc.) is missing
  • Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days

Return Processing Timeline

  • Pickup is arranged within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Product is inspected at our warehouse
  • Refund is processed after successful quality check

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled from the “My Account” → Order Details section.
Cancellation is allowed only until the status is “Ready to Ship”

Note: Turtlebee reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and may verify orders before dispatch.


Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Customers must provide bank details for refund processing

Refund Timeline

  • Order Cancellation: Refund processed within 7 business days
  • Returns: Refund initiated after product inspection (may take up to 2 weeks from pickup)
